Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, product weight, and chosen shipping method. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and require a production time of 2-5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the day the product is shipped. Typical delivery times are:

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partners.

Missed Deliveries and Returns

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 360 degree video and photographic evidence.

The new product will be delivered against your damaged product to you within 7 days .
